Grooming Services

Hours

  • Normal hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm**
  • On-site at 7:30 am for early drop-off
  • Open through the noon hour for drop-off and pick-up
  • Pets must be picked up at their scheduled out time. We are unable to keep dogs all day. 
  • **Hours may vary.

Pricing

  • Grooming prices start at $45.00 
  • Included in all grooms:
    • Bath & Hand Drying – No cage dryers
    • Any trimming to full cut
    • Nails Clipped & Ears Cleaned
    • Deshedding if necessary
  • Hair dying available based on extent of work. Requires a consultation prior to your appointment. Starting at $8.00
  • Nail dremeling and anal glands may be added to any regular grooming service for an additional $7.00

*Effective 9/1/2023 there will be a $3.00 price increase for all full grooms. 

Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled throughout the day from 7:30 am – 1:00 pm
  • Grooming time frame is 3 – 4 hours
  •  Pets must be picked up at their scheduled out time. We are unable to keep dogs all day. If there is a conflict with pick-up times, please let us know when scheduling and we can try to make accommodations.
  • Enclosed secure dogwalk area, no extra charge.
  • Walk-In Services available for nail trims/dremeling and anal glands. Effective March 15, 2021, you will no longer need to schedule an appointment for walk-in services. Just arrive during our walk-in hours and call when you are here.
    • Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 11:00 am & 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
    • Price ranges from $9.00 – $14.00
  • **New Client Deposit: All new clients must pay a $10.00 deposit at the time of scheduling**
  • Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you miss an appointment without notice, a $10.00 no-show fee will be added to your next grooming service. 

Scheduling

To schedule an appointment please call 517-393-6311. You can view our Grooming Policies to make sure you are up to date on our current policies. Feel free to call with any questions. 

**If your pet has been coughing, sneezing, lethargic, has a fever, or vomiting/diarrhea please inform us before scheduling. If your pet has an appointment and has any of the above symptoms, the appointment will need to be rescheduled to when they are no longer sick.**

**If you are feeling sick/showing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been recently exposed to Covid-19, please call to reschedule your appointment.
